| "Got a breakup letter" |
| After over 5 years as a loyal on time pmt customer, with a credit score in the 700's I suddenly received a breakup letter letting me know they closed my account based the status of accounts with other companies. Not bad just worked with an agency to get interest rates reduced. UNREAL! Never ever late, acct balances pd in full every month and this is how they treat you. STAY AWAY |

Stay away...no loyalty....deceptive practices..etc
I just payed off the card in full, then two days later I owe $204. Apparently I paid the "Existing Balance" not the "Current Balance" Still trying to figure out the difference. Probably legit but the last time I spoke with them it was because I missed a payment by a day so they charged me a late fee which put my account over, which they charged me another fee for and jacked my rate. Fun company to deal with! |

| "interest rate" |
| I had always been on time or ahead of time to pay on my account that had a low interest rate somewhere around 8.99%. I forgot and was one day late on payment calling to make it over the phone. My next statement showed an overdue fee as well as an over the limit fee for osmething that I had cancelled and should not have gone through. This is what put me over the limit. I asked that they reomove the late fee as well as the over the limit fee as they took off the anauthorized charge. I was told they could not remove the late fee. The next week I received a notice from them that my interest rate had gone up to 38.99%. Is this ridiculous or what?! I haven't used the card since that time with no plans to do so in the future. I'm working on paying it off and wil then send it to them with a really nice (?) note to thank them for their rude uncaring attitudes. Definitely do not get this card!!! |

| "My APR" |
| I have been with Juniper 3 years now and my APR has stayed the same at 8.99% fixed. They are my only card that did not change the APR the past few months. |

| "Worst card ever!!" |
| I was a good customer with them then they took me from 9% to 30% without being late. Other cards have done the same but no where near what they did. Plus I paid my monthly fee over the phone and they didn't credit to my account (system problems) and put a hold on my account went to get gas couldn't. They said it would take 24 hrs to unlock the account. They are always rude when I call about anything. I have several cards and they have been the worst of all time. Don't get a card through them. |

| "Consumer gouging" |
| This company, through Barclay's Bank, will do everything to gouge you for as much as possible. Changing due dates, huge unfair fees, no customer service, skyrocketing variable APR, initial low fixed switches from fixed 7.99 to variable 29.99 |

| It is probably the truth that this card is no worse than any other but my other cards didn't raise my rate to 30.99 which juniper did , in my book that's stealing. |

| "Juniper is NO different from every other credit card issuer" |
| People! Every credit card issuing bank has jacked up their rates. Juniper isn't the only one. I have Capital One, Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, MBNA, AMEX and more. I pay off each card before the bill is due. My FICO rating is over 850. ALL of my cards have raised their rates. Read your jacked rate notifications when they come in the mail. After Treasurer Timothy Geitner paid off his banking buddies at Goldman Sachs, AIG and a ton of more banking industries... every credit card issuer decided to raise their rates to pay off their debts. Why? Because Obama's buddy Geithner used our tax dollars to pay off the big banks toxic assets while leaving the smaller banks to fend for themselves. These higher credit card rates are a result. Welcome to The Democrat Controlled Financial Industry. |

| What these people do is probably legal, but is totally wrong and immoral. Call your Senators and Congressman and support legislation to put these people and people like them, out of business. |

| "interest rates and customer service" |
| I have had been with these people for 4 years never been late or missed a payment until 6 months ago they received payment one day late and it took a lot of phone calls to credit me back my late payment fee, then they upped my interest rate to 17%. Then a few months after that they upped it to 26.9% and to remind u that i closed my card before they even jacked the interest rate up to 26.9% WHY! It's closed and they still upped the rate? Very wrong, now i just got my statement and they even upped the rate again to 29.99% Iam now going file a complaint with BBB on this they can not do this it is wrong!! |
