| "Very poor customer service!!!!!!" |
| I receive a call from these scumbags every night I am at work. I have told them every time that they need to call me at home, not work!!! I paid my bill twice last month and just received a call demanding I pay a 3rd time for last month!!! Everyone of the "customer service" jokers I talk to is rude and inconsiderate. I will be closing this account very, very soon. And will never deal with Key Bank or Citibank ever again!!!!! |

| "Horrible Customer Service" |
| Customer service is rude and disrepectful, if are lucky enough to find one that can understand english. Most recently when I asked to speak to a manger after taking enough verbal abuse I was told his manager had no phone and no email address and that my only hope was to write a letter to a PO Box! |

| "KEY (Citibank) is O.K. With Me" |
| I just recieved this card a few day ago to my suprise. I applied online less than a two weeks ago and recieved my card a week later. I was not expecting to be approved since until now the only types of cards I have been able to get are the ones for poor / bad credit. This is my first no annual fee card and I am delighted that Key is allowing me an oppertunity to prove myself a good paying customer. I have called into CS one time and I must say they are the most polite cs group I have talked to at a credit card company. I would reccommend this card to anyone. If you have good credit you will qualify for a Platinum with a much higher credit line and much lower rate. Thank you Key! |

| "MasterCard" |
| I really like this credit card, I only wish that they came in fun colors or patterns. I really like how you can use it everywhere and anywhere. I use it at the mall, the grocery store, everywhere! Also, it is accepted at online stores and on Paypal which makes EBAY shopping a breeze! This is really very important to me because I love to shop for great deals at ebay.com. Also, I don't like to carry cash around, I prefer the convenience of having my mastercard always around. I have had it a little less than a year now and I love it more than ever. I highly reccomend getting a Mastercard if you are in the market for one and don't care about what it looks like. |

| "Key Bank not a good choice" |
| My experiences with Key Bank Mastercard have been terrible. The card started out fine. I was offered a 14% rate, which is a little high but then again I had no credit history. The bank then sold the card to another company, when this happened my interest rates jumped to 27%. They also stopped accepting payments over the phone for free, they now charge a $10 processing fee. I can still make payments at the bank branch but they cannot acess information on the card so they are unable to tell me simple things like the balance on the account or minimum payment ammounts. If you make you payment in the bank branch good luck on not being charged a late payment fee. I make my payments five days in adavnce and they still don't have them processed in time for me to avoid to $30 late fee. Payments madeby mail aren't much better either, you have to mail you payment at least two weeks in adavnce to make sure it will be posted to your account in time. All-in-all I would not recomed this card to anyone. The only reason I keep it is because I am still making payments (thanks to interest rate jumps) and don't have enough credit to quality for other cards. |

| "KeyBank Visa" |
I got this card as a student card originally with a $500 limit and 17.99% interest rate. Since then (three years) they have increased the limit to $1600 with a 5.24% interest rate (after I called to complain about the 17.99%). I have had no problems with the card, but other than the 5.24% rate, this card has no features to speak of. The credit limit is much lower than my other two cards and though it provides a grace period and no annual fee, many cards do that and give you many more benefits. I just applied for a new American Express card with tons of great features and they approved me online in less than 60 seconds. As soon as I get my next KeyBank Visa statement I am paying it off and closing the account.
Again, no complaints, but no praises either. Oh, I do have one complaint. I was in my local branch about a month ago and noticed that their new student card gives a 3% cash back rebate so I called and asked if I could get it since I signed up for a student card, and they told me I would have to reapply for a brand new card because they had no record of me having the old student card. VERY irritating.

| "Coments about my KeyBankCard" |
| Having used the KeyBankCard for three years my experience with it is titally positive. They have a very responsive customre service department and have always been very fast to jump on any problem that i might have. when someone charged my account without authorization they got on it immediately and resolved the problem without my having to jump through hoops. also I do my banking at a local KeyBank and I can't say enough about their service. All balances are paid for before the end of the month so I don't incur any interest and their is no ongoing fee so it fills my needs to not have to carry so much cash with me. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give some positive feedback for a service I feel is very useful and rewarding. |

| "I like my credit card" |
| It is my first credit card and while unique. This card completely suits me also to me any other credit card is not necessary. This credit card has all base possibilities, which should have any credit card. I earn not so much and me these possibilities suit. |

| "late charges" |
| I never pay the amount due and once I was late being I forgot to pay the bill and they made a big thing out of it and made me pay that month and the next month all at one time and charged me a late fee besides.The bill was not due yet but they still wanted there money even though I pay more everymonth and I dont think that is fair to do to good customers |

| the costumer service is wonderful. the sales reps are curteos and very well organized. they quickly answer all questions and dont kepp transfering you to someone else. |
