"mediocre service"
I compare the service from MBNA to that of Discover with whom I am pleased. Exactly a year after issuing the card to me MBNA descretly jacked up their rates, on a card which I admit I only applied for because of the picture.No big surprize there but in using their internet site to autodraft a payment from my checking account I found out they reguire you to request the payment "5 business days in advance" To you and me that translates to 7 days in advance - think about it - 5 business days from a monday is the next monday!
I should be happy they provide internet service at all - except I also have a Discover Platinum - lower interest rate, better benes and SAME DAY internet payment service. A real benefit when you forget to get on the task early or go on vacation near your statement time.

Least attractive feature: 5 (7) day delay in posting internet payments/unfriendly web-site
