"Increased APR overnight with NO NOTICE"
I have been a customer for 6 years now and without notice they raised my rate to 25.99% with no explanation. When I talked to customer service they yelled at me and told me that it was "all my fault" and they wouldnt reverse it.

So much for MAKING MY PAYMENTS IN FULL AND PAYING IT OFF 4 times!

"Not my favorite card!"
When I moved across the country, I notified MBNA of my new address immediately, yet I never received a statement. I had to call each month and request a bill and tell them the address. After 8 months, I actually got a bill without calling them. Way to go! Not up to par with their competition!
 
Most attractive feature: Not a long wait on customer service 1-800 number.
Least attractive feature: High interest rate. When I moved, I had to call them numerous times to correct my address

"Mrs"
I have noticed that many creditors took advantage of the tragedy of 9-11 and the effect the anthrax scare had on the postal service to charge cardholders a late fee for the month of October. $29 is a very steep charge and I'm sure they made a killing with this ploy. The government should look into this because it definitely was not a fair pratice.
