| "Letting it go" |
| We have used this card for quite a number of years now (I have forgotten just how long). Normally we do not keep ANY card that charges an annual fee; however, in this case we kept this card as our primary credit card. While my husband was involved in business-related travel, it made since to use a card attached to a hotel chain. Now that he is retired, the benefits no longer remain viable. Certainly the benefits do not outweigh paying an annual fee. The customer service department has always been top-notch! and has ever been speedy and helpful. Inquiries have been handled very professionally. We definitely would keep this account if there were no annual fee. |

| "Marriott Rewards" |
| I did not think that we would be in a position to use the hotel rewards, vacation usually are with family or time share, but we got a great deal near Disney World and had a great time, and made the reservation just a few days before traveling. GREAT! |

| "Cancelation of Card and future charges" |
| First USA is like dealing with a impossible situation. I recently had problems with Prodigy Internet Services and had to cancel my credit card to avoid any futher charges. I'm sure from their form responses that don't apply to the issue that this is not over and they will no doubt accept charges that they have been instructed not to. No matter what you do these people do not follow a directive from a customer. Do not ever get involved with them. I only signed to get the Marriott Reward program and it's not worth it. |
