| "Company is not loyal to loyal customers" |
| I have had a maurices credit card for 9 years. Two years ago I missed one payment the month I graduated from college, the balance was only $25. It was a simple mistake and the only late payment I have had in the 9 years of having this card. I wrote corporate this year since I was buying a house, asking for an act of goodwill that they would take this off of my credit report as it is the only slip up in almost a decade of being a loyal customer. Their response was mailed to me two months later simply stating they would not take the one late payment off of my credit report. Great customer loyalty! |

| "Worst Credit Card EVER" |
Worst credit card ever. I missed two payments because they charge my old checking account, TWICE, even though the c. account had been closed and they had a new checking account on file. They closed the card after that (made it so I'm just paying it off, not able to charge anything to it) and never notified me. I didn't find out until I went it to use it 3 months later and it was denied. Terrible telephone support too and you can't make reoccuring payments with them, so you'll have to use bill pay through your bank if you want that. Worst credit card. Can't wait until I am done with them!
Plus, you hardly ever get any discounts in the mail. |

| "LUUUV IT" |
| I love my card!!!! If you use it right you actually save a lot of money.. I bought a pair of jeans and a sweater and after using my card for the discount, I pretty much got my $34 sweater for free.. Just use it and pay it off on the spot.. Of course your not going to like it if you get yourself into a hole with it.. But I love this card!!!!! I shop at maurices all the time cause in my opinion they have the best clothes that fit my taste so not getting a card would have been dumb on my part ;) |

| "Terrible Customer Service and Online Payment" |
| Maurice's customer service representatives at their phone line are poorly trained and difficult to communicate with. The woman that I just spoke with was hard to understand, not helpful, and refused multiple times to let me speak to a supervisor or manager. I was calling to inquire as to why my payment was not received and see if I could make it right, but they were not interested in being helpful. If possible, COMPLETELY AVOID using their online payment option. Set it up through your personal bank or you will not receive email statements and bills on time, and will not be notified if they are unable to complete your payment. Several times I was notified of a completed on-time payment, only to have a late fee show up on my bill the following month. |

| I work for maurices and largely dislike credit cards but i do like ours. If you are smart about it you can''''t lose as a customer. Yes it is the job of a sales associate to offer the card but quite honestly this card is good for you whether you are just stopping in **or** a regular shopper. It takes only five minutes to sign up and find out if you''''re approved. Most maurices will give you a discount JUST FOR TRYING to apply. if approved you instantly get 10% off of your purchase and 15% off coupons in the mail that never expire. The best thing is that you don''''t haveto have a balance on it, you can always pay it off with cash check **or** debit directly after making your purchase. no annual fee. It is basically free coupons if you do it right. So sign up pay it off, get the free savings and run. enjoy. |

| "WFNNB" |
| I've had to call the customer service dept a few times and each time they are very rude and short, they interrupt before you can get a sentence out. When calling to verify my address with them, the rep interrupted me in the middle of me explaining that I needed to verify which address they had by saying "WHAT can I help you with?" very harsh and rude, not one bit polite; like he just didn't have time for my stupid call. And that is just the very beginning. I would not recommend getting any credit card through WFNNB unless you enjoy being treated horribly- even by today's standards. |
