| "very unsatisfied customer" |
| what i would like to say is my minimum payment was $69, i paid $75 dollars same as as i received bill. they charged me $35 late fee. when i called they said my minimum payment was $80, and up my interest. what's going on? |

| "Don't let these people mess with your credit" |
In 2000 my former employer send out a spreadsheet with former employees names and social security numbers accidentally in the paychecks of it's current employees. For security, I put a fraud alert on my credit asking all credit institution to verify my identity first before extending credit.
Sound simple, doesn't it? Unfortunately, Monogram Bank of GA apparently couldn't verify it's own address much less something as simple as making a phone call.
I applied for my Meijers card via the Internet at the end of May. June 12 I was turned down because they couldn't verify identity. (Funny, my address and phone number was the same as it had been for the past 14 years.) When I called myself to verify, they said I couldn't initiate the call but that I had to go into a Meijers store and reapply so they could check my driver's license.
You know the end of the story, don't you? I went back in and they denied it again...because they have to initiate the phone call to verify the identity despite the fact that the Meijer clerk was hold my driver's license and MasterCard.
But you know, after reading all the complaints about Meijers and Monogram, I think they might of done me a favor. I'm not going to reapply. Stay away from these people. God only knows what they'll do to your credit if they screw that up as easly as they do applications. |

| "Meijer credit card - not a happy customer !!" |
| Why is the Meijer credit card not listed on your web side since the account is owned and serviced by your bank? This is outragious!! Every other credit card gives the card holder the opportunity to pay their bill on line - but not the Meijer card that U all control. Plus we never received the promotional expectations that were offered when applying 4 this meijer card. The service is unacceptable by all means. Wonder what "Fred" has to say about this? - a dissatisfied customer..Mrs. Anthony Piccirilli, - ps: our chk is in the mail ! |
