| This card is a third party resell through Member One. They can't even manage their own customers' products and services. The lousy customer service, fees, and lack of online banking make this one a no-go in my book. |

| "This CU is not number 1" |
| I am tired of dealing with Member One. They treat me like a number and are very impolite over the phone and in the Rocky Mount Branch. I need to find a better credit union. |

| "A basic visa card...keeping it simple!" |
| You have to be a member of this credit union in order to apply for their Visa Gold card. I see there was a post already on here for Member One's Visa, and I agree with that review, in that it is a good no frills visa gold account. Rate is fixed at 9.9% and no annual fee. |

| "Pretty good little credit card" |
| Member One Federal Credit Union (in Roanoke, VA)offers it's members a Visa Gold card with no fee, fixed apr, presently 9.9%, and a minimum credit line of $2,000. I was not sure what a small credit union card could offer over the "big bank" credit cards. I have found after using this card a few times that it is a nice, hassle free card account. No perks or rewards with the card, No online account payments. It's just a convenient revolving line with decent terms. Customer service is unremarkable (netural). I did receive a nice credit line increase after having the card about one year. If you are a member of this credit union and are looking to make a change (or get your first Visa), this card is worth considering. |
