"horrible card"
You cannot add funds online (they discontinued that after i became a member)..and now it seems they discontinued their online service...i cannot check my balance and stuff online. i enter www.myprepaidcard.com and it directs me to the main merrick bank website (you cannot access prepaid info there). customer service charges $3.00 a call. funds take forever to become available. ridiculous! i am cancelling this card and looking at other prepaid cards.

"Terrible card...they lie about it's features!"
closed another card to open this one, because they said you can fund card online...and bank transfer by phone from savings acct. I have not been able to at all...they charge $3.00 a call to complain. They kept changing their story about about the cards abilities until I told them, it says in black in white on their site. Now they are doing an investigation. I want my set up fee back!
