"Elan is the worst!!!"
Trust me; I've had so many different credit cards. Elan is by far the worst institution I've dealt with. My friend tried to warn me because she had had a bad experience as well. My APR is now at 18.99% (it was at 23.49% due to a payment that wasn't posted because they lost my payment!). It took me 2 1/2 months to straighten out this problem. But, I have had other problems with them as well. As soon as I find another card with a lower FIXED APR, I'm transferring my balance and will never deal with them again.
 
Most attractive feature: I get mileage point towards Midwest Express airlines
Least attractive feature: High APR; horrible customer service
