"Citibank NTB Credit Card"
Besides my line of credit being lowered from $2000 down to $600...which it will affect my credit score adversely. I have received notice of interest rate increase From 21% to 27% if I wish to continue with card after it has been paid off. No Thanks.
 
Most attractive feature: Received Zero Interest for 6 mos. and $50 Gift Card.
Least attractive feature: My credit line was lowered from $2000 to $600 without advise.

"Only use is for promotional financing"
I opened this card a few months ago. It has a retail card rate of 21% but I only opened it since I always have my car repaired and buy tires at their stores it is worth the ongoing 6-12 month 0% financing deals. I would never use this card for any purchases that do not offer this 0%. Nice option since my tires run $1100 to be able to take a few months to pay them off interest free.

This is the only use this card has.
 
Most attractive feature: No Interest Financialing for 6-12 mo.
Least attractive feature: No other benefits
