| "Use this card at your own risk!" |
| BEWARE! Do not take a risk by using this card to order anything on the internet. We are long time cardholders and customers. I ordered an expensive handbag from a company that turned out to have misrepresented themselves as Michael Kors. I never received my product. I THEN PURCHASED THE SAME ITEM FROM NORDSTROM STORE. We disputed the charge with Nordstrom. We were forced to wait 45 days to hear that they ruled in favor of the Chinese company that has no proof we received the item. NEVER USE THIS CARD!!!!! |

| "Almost Pleased" |
I've have the Nordstrom Signature for about 2 yrs now. Great customer service and they're personable. However, they've become very strict on their lending practices. I have 20k limits on other cards, but Nordstrom will only expand to $10.5k. It should be AT LEAST the same as the others.
I've even faxed in financials proving my ability to repay. So far no return call. |

| "No longer above the rest" |
| I've had the Platinum Card since 1992! I have always told my friends that they must get this card. The service was bar none the best amongst all credit cards, including AX. One of the things I discovered only last year was one of the best features: a late payment grace period. Last year I was driving home after 9 PM PST when I suddenly realized my payment was due. I called and the gentleman informed me that there was a grace period for payment. He accepted my payment over the phone and advised there would be no late charge or other penalty. I confess I did not read all of the paper that showered down on me about my credit cards over the past 6 months but it never occurred to me that Nordstrom would eliminate this grace period. I was surprised when I called on the payment due date, after 6 PM PDT, to be advised that "we had to change it". That's what I'm really angry about. Of course, Nordstrom Band DID NOT HAVE TO CHANGE IT. I'm pretty sure that Congress did not force Nordstrom Bank to eliminate their grace period. The Customer Rep. then scolded me! and advised that "as a courtesy" she would waive the penalty, etc. I don't appreciate being scolded after I've had your card for over 18 years!!! I will consider closing the account if I hear that tone again from one of your reps. |

| "This is my only Credit Card" |
| Having been a Nordstrom employee in the early 90's I had to have a card to be able to take advantage of the employee discount. I left Nordstrom almost 15 years and it is the only card I carry because it has consistently better rates than any of the other- and it allows me to get great Nordies benefits when I shop at their store- which is the best store ever! |

| "Nordstrom Credit Cards" |
I started with a Nordstrom Store card with a $500 limit, then was upgraded to a VISA Platinum with a 6500 limit. I just upgraded to the VISA Signature and a 13,500 limit.
Everytime I've called Customer Service, it was been very enjoyable. Credit Line increases/upgrades without a hard inquiry. The reps are very professional and nice to talk with.

| "Lifetime cardcarryer" |
Because of Nordstrom's impeccable service, online flat shipping rate, and wonderful selection, I do about 95% of my shopping in their stores. And for this, they choose to reward me even further with bonus points, gift certificates, services, and frequent flyer miles. Unbelievable! There is NO REASON in the world to carry any other card.
I will be loyal to Nordstrom's for life. |

| "Nordstrom Platnum Signature Card" |
In keeping with the Nordstrom family's long tradition (I remember when they were just a shoe store!) of flawless customer service, honesty and fairness, the Signature Visa Card is great! We have many cards we have collected over the years but they now sit unused, with ZERO balances, in a drawer because the Nordstrom Card is the only one we will EVER use from now on. We can pay our bill IN FULL anytime, in any Nordstom Store without any of the "2 cycle billing" theft practiced by other card companies. They are always polite and the customer is always right (even when we know we are not!).
Chase, Citi, etc, could learn alot from the Nordstrom's if they were interested in improving their product (which they are certainly NOT interested in doing, from all indications).
The Signature Visa is the best card out there. If you can get one, do so, and let the other cards rot in the drawer! |

| "Nordstrom Signature Visa" |
| I applied for a Nordstrom Platinum Visa card 2 years ago. After paying my bills on time for a few months, my interest rate dropped from 16% to 10%. Shortly after that, I received a letter stating that I qualified for the Nordstrom Signature Visa card. After reading about all the benefits (8% APR, 24 hour concierge service, road side assistance, hotel room upgrades, invites to private shopping events), I thought there had to be a catch. I called customer service... no catch! No annual fees, no other hidden fees. I was sold. I have since closed 6 credit card accounts; my Nordstrom Signature Visa is all that I need! |

hi all,
After reading everyone's review on this credit card i thought it was time to post one of my own. i have been a cardholder for the last 4 years and i have been happy since day 1. At one point in my life i had 5 different visa's since the last 2-3 years i have only had 1 and this is my platinum nordy's visa. i am not interested in any other cards because i am that happy with the one i have. i tell all my friends about this card. Plus Nordstrom Rocks. it's a blast to shop there. |
