This cash back VISA has low quarterly adjusted rates, no annual fees and can have a lower APR if you have other relationships with the credit union. You can also get debit cards to match, a real plus.
 
Most attractive feature: 1% cash back in excess of $2,000, no annual fees, relationship rates
Least attractive feature: Billing cycle is on the 15th of the month.
