"MBNA America Bank"
I have been a cardholder since 1992, and all of my dealings with this company over the last ten years have been positive. The company was especially competent and on the ball when my credit card was stolen in 1999; they knew that it was stolen before I even had any idea, and they called me to let me know that there had been some unauthorized use of my card. Because of MBNA&#'s theft protection policy, I was not liable for any of the unauthorized charges made with my stolen credit card. The paperwork that I was required to fill out was reasonable; in other words, MBNA did not require me to fill out volumes of paperwork. Also, MBNA&#'s resolution of their research into the theft was timely; I expected for the unauthorized charges to show up on my account far longer than they did. I would highly recommend this company; they are a good company with which to do business.
