| "old navy card- screw you scam" |
| About a year ago I got a old navy credit card, because I needed more credit to build credit. In November 2011 I received a credit line increase to 15000 (without ever requesting it) shortly after I lost my card, so they sent me a new one. When I received my new one I had to enter all my bank information all over again to make a payment. I made a payment it showed pending twice on my bank statement about 2 weeks later I received a notice saying they were closing my account due to a number of dishonored payments and that they were closing my account. I immediately went online to see what was going on and then called them. I talked to a guy on the phone he said it was because my account info was entered wrong or I did not have enough funds both reasons did not make any sense i had plenty in my account and it had showed pending in my account at one point. Anyways the guy on the phone said problem was resolved and it would not affect my credit. 3 months later they sent me the same letter regarding the same issue from November stating I've made a number of dishonored payments I call them again wondering why the issue was not resolved...resolution is pending and I was treated like an idiot on the phone... I owe 400 on my 1500 cc and have never missed a payment, always pay more than the minimum, and have not used my cc since the first issue because it was completely shady. |

I said No repeatedly when the sales associate tried to get me to sign up for this card. They signed me up anyway without my signature, approval or permission. Then I got bills in the mail. I called repeatedly telling them to cancel and rescind their illegal charges. Finally they told me they had canceled the card and rescinded all charges. Now years later I find that they LIED. They still have an account in my name, now with almost 1000 dollars in late fees on a card I never used, owned, wanted or signed up for. Also they sent their supposed past due charges to a collections agency.
I am a college student who is on full disability. I have never owned a credit card and never believed in owning them. It is so wrong of them to do this to me. I have not shopped at their store in years after having this experience with their sales associate that day. The only reason I shopped there then on that day was because during that time in my life I was morbidly obese and could not easily find clothes that would fit me.
This company took such an unfair advantage of me.
That sales associate really did an awful thing by signing me up for this card that I did not authorize. |

| "why should my credit go down this much" |
| my credit went from 712 to 567 due to only three late payments of no more then 40 dollars.yes i was late on a couple of payments but why should a i be pentilzed that badly over this. i would pay the bill when they got around to sending it to me. the amount i owed them kept going up even after i paid them. i have paid them off and cut up the card and will be seeking legal advice based on their actions. |

| well i had the old navy card for 2 years had a credit line of $500 dollars always got a paper statement and they never cut my credit limit and then in about june of this year they upgraded me to the visa without even knowen i went online and found that they were sending it to me when i called to activate the visa they automatically closed my old card rolled my previouse balance over to the new card and i have a $3,000 credit limit had the visa for about 4 months and have not had an issue with it! i always get paper statements and everything! |

| "So Called Late Charges" |
| After sending in a payment of $48 for a $47.41 bill, the statement showed the $48 payment but stated I was late in paying them and charged me $25. When I called they said nothing could be done about it. After I closed the account I was asked anything else they could do for me I said yes, take the $25 charge off, they stated let me look at your account, they took off the charge and told me that they would wave the 50 something cents I owned them, when I told them if they looked again they would note they actually owed me the 50 something cents, they said whatever I noted it... Cardholders be careful! |

| "Best Credit Card that I have ever seen." |
| Oh my god! This card is simply amazing! I have never had a credit card that has offered so many rewards to the customer! I got a $50 coupon for my birthday, 10% all of my purchases (every time I shop!), and they even offer up to 50% for certain cardholders! I would reccomend this card over any other credit card to anyone! This card BY FAR offers so many more incentives than my American Express and Discover cards! If you like to shop at Old Navy, Gap, or Banana Republic I STRONGLY urge you to sign up for an Old Navy card so you can start saving! |

| "Customer Service" |
| I have been charged 470.00 to my Old Navy credit card, which was paid by my debt card. The store that I purchased it at even call the costumer sevicer number and explained they made the mistake. I still have the charged to my Old Navy card and have not had the charges removed, now I am paying interest on charges and have to make a payment for charges that I didn't make. They are not helpful or have even offer me a aplogy for thier actions. I am still waiting for paper work to dispute the charges, it is going on 30 days since this incident occurred and Old Navy doesn't seem to care. I have called the customer service number twice asking where the paper work is to dispute the charges and all they keep telling me is they have 30 days. |

| "I WANT TO CANCEL THIS CARD" |
I FIRST SIGNED UP FOR THE CARD TO SAVE 10% ON MY 50 DOLLAR PURCHASE, BAD MISTAKE!!! I GOT THE CREDIT CARD IN THE MAIL BUT I NEVER USED IT. I BEGAN TO RECIEVE BILLS IN THE MAIL STATING THAT I HAVE LATE PAYMENTS. THE INTEREST RATE IS ABOUT 20%
NOW THE BILL IS UP TO 150 DOLLARS!!! I'M STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT BUT I AM NOT SURE HOW? IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO CANCEL THIS CREDIT CARD PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING THIS CARD TO SAVE 10 PERCENT, YOU END UP PAYING MORE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN!! |
