I have had a fairly well experience with the use of my MasterCard. I have had no problems with the payment of the balance, along with no mysterious charges showing up. This card is like most other credit card where all rates are shown to you ahead of time and they have not varied for the length of time that I have been a card holder which is no going on two years. As far as costumer service goes my one experience with them was very friendly they were prompt and quick with their answer. But I have not contacted them for any severe questions or reasons.
