| "Rates Increase" |
| Card holders beware! They are sending out letters supposedly saying that your credit is bad & they need to raise your rate. My rate was raised from 11.9% to 29.99% in one cycle. No late payments & my credit score is still in the 800's! |

| "Be Forewarned!!" |
| We have been loyal to this chain for many years. We got the card to enhance our points because we travel frequently and it seemed a great benefit because we like to plan last minute trips. Many times we cannot book because they only allow a limited number of rooms (at each hotel) to be booked as "Reward Nights". Extremely disappointing experience for us. |

| "Must earn 100,000 Priority Club points before earning free Airline Ticket" |
| If you are interested earning miles, be aware that $1 purchase = 1 point of priority club reward = 1/4 Airline Miles. That means you have accumulate 100,000 priority club points to equal to 25,000 points airline ticket. Normally, that means you have to spend $100,000 on purchases before you can earn free roundtrip tick anywhere within the 48 contiguous states. You will not see this information in there website www.priorityclub.com, so you will need to call 888-211-9874. |

| "Earn points to use on Ebay-Wow!" |
I recommend this card to anyone who uses credit for high end purchases. If you pay your balance every month this card is great. Points earned for purchases can be transfered to other members and can be used to pay for bids on ebay. It's great!
Also, when I disputed charges of an online merchant who failed to deliever goods or services, the company took care of it immediately. They stood behind me on the claim and reversed my charges immediately. The customer service was very good in my case. |

| "Great Card with Benefits" |
| I have been a cardholder since 1999 and I have had no problems what so ever. I love that I earn points for every purchase. Now I even earn 15 points per dollar spent at certain resturants. The points never expire and I can use them on either hotel stays or for merchandise. I could also switch to earn frequent flyer miles if I wanted. I have also called several times since I have had the card to raise my creidt limit and they always have done it. |

| "First USA is Inefficient" |
Payment schedule must be done within 5 days of the payment.
I would not recommend First USA, there are plenty of other companies that have much better Internet system and customer service: MBNA. |

| "Decent rewards" |
| I like the initial points, and 1 point per dollar with no cap is nice, but 1 point is not worth much (Priority Club would probably say 1 cent, but I figure it's real value in hotel room value is more like a half cent and in merchandise more like a quarter cent). They should give bonus points for charging at Holiday Inn and other Six Continents properties. Also, the APR is okay. Two points per dollar charged would be a lot better, with 3 points per dollar at HI/6C properties. However, there is no annual fee, First USA is good to work with, and you do get something for your charging, so I really can't complain. |

| "Great benefits at a cost" |
| This is a great card to accumulate Priority Club points. However, it is behind the times in terms of service and rates. Over the past few years, it has been "purchased" by other companies, facilitating changes in "lifetime" rates, grace periods, and others. Cash withdrawl fees are an amazing $10 per transaction minimum! Service issues are resolved slowly and the customer is made to be the bad guy. Their arrogance is disturning. In fact, they were willing to lose a $3000 per month customer today over such a fee. Beware, you can do much better. |
