| "Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service associates!" |
I don''''t know what''''s wrong with Chase but ever since Chase took over the FirstUSA, the customer service on these cards has tanked beyond belief!!
The associates are among the most rude and thick-skulled bunch. For them, it seems like "party time", all the time -- NO "Customer" and ZERO "service".
My advice: Avoid this card like a rattle snake!!

| "Great card, poor service & protection" |
| Have had this card for more than 7 years (originally applied another financial institution). Since Chase has administered Priority Club Visa for last two years, have had repeated service problems (statement errors, unauthorized charges). Chase has not followed-up on disputes or offered any customer support in resolving errors. I use my card for personal & business, pay my statements promptly, and am cancelling this card after my last round of fraud. No more Chase products. |
