| "Visa Classic II" |
| This card is great for me. I use it for EVERYTHING and make sure its paid on time. At the end of the year I have about $500 to spend at Future Shop or on Movie Tickets or Chapters or at the Bay etc. Works great just in time for Christmas! |

| rbc visa was the first credit card I was ever issued at age 18 and it has carried me thru for 30 years with absolutely no problems. They have upped my limit when needed |

| "Charges are way too high" |
| The Visa charges are high, far higher than a mortgage or some defined loans. But the charges on this card are compounded by charging on the first item purchased until the card is paid off ie: if you used the card to purchase a large ticket item, but only owe 10% of that charge, you are still paying interest on the total charged. I call this cheating! However, customer service has been good when phoning about lost/stolen cards. They also will up the limit on the card if needed and very quickly. |

OVERALL THE CARD IS A GOOD ONE, HOWEVER, I DO FEEL THAT IN LIGHT OF ALL THE OTHER FEE FREE CARDS OUT THERE THAT THIS BANK SHOULD DROP THE ANNUAL FEE.

| Royal Bank Visa offers a comparable interest rate (17.5%) and offers 1% cash back. This helped us purchase a few things we would have not otherwise purchased. |

| I also like it that using the VISA automatically doubles your one year guarantee to two years, and also gives you protection against theft. |
