"Customer Service"
I applied for a credit increase from another banking institution and though it was only 500 dollars, and i was earning a decent wage at the time, it was refused with no explanation whatsoever. I called my personal banking representative and she had my new Visa Platnium to me the NEXT morning. I do all of my banking with the Royal Bank now.
 
Most attractive feature: no annual fee
Least attractive feature: no added benefit for using i.e airmile or points
