| "BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE" |
| THEY DONT TELL YOU AHEAD OF TIME THAT IF A DEPOSIT IS OVER A CERTIN AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE TO SEND IN VERIFICATION AND THAT TAKES UP TO 3 DAYS TO VERIFY AND I HAVE THINGS TO DO. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND THEY HAVE NO ONE FOR YOU TO TALK TO BUT AGENTS AND SUPERVISIORS. WHAT ABOUT ABOVE THAT? YOU CAN EVEN TALK TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE THEY MAKE YOU EMAIL THEM. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS CARD TO NOBODY IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY. IM STILL WAITING FOR MINE. AWFUL! |

Well, as it turns out, many people want such a card to not only keep money safe (which to does-it'll allow you to get a new card if your old one is lost, stolen, or damaged even. If you have hundreds or thousands even, on this card, then you get to keep that money, no matter what-this caqrd keeps it all safe...
If you take the 20 dollar fee, and consider that against the lifetime potential of telling others about it for a $5 bonus, you have yourself a money making, free card, that really is helping people out a lot-this is what everyone looking for a card is after, after all.
That aside, online purchases are often the issue-getting a product or a service within a few days, or weeks, can be very serious. Without a card, that's impossible, and cards generally mean opening an account with at least $200 if you're the victim of bad credit for any hopefully good reason. I know first hand about the good, blameless ways people find themselves bereft of good credit and possessed of either no credit, or bad credit perhaps.
So, what would you buy online? A money saver like a $600 dollar computer for only $200? That's a bingo...the thing of it is, is that $200 dollars is still that much, so everything has to be safe, and legit, and, more to the point, not based on a percentage of the cost of a product or service! Hah! One dollar is a great fee regardless when assuming what such things will predominantly be getting used for...coupled, no less, with a lack of a monthly fee as well.
A great card from a great company of people-not like a company of vampires at all. |

| "Pre-Paid Visa Card" |
| I have had the card for 1 year and everything was fine. I have now had the unpleasant experience of dealing with customer service. I will not renewing the card. Could not find sources in which I could email Russell Simmons about how awful this experience has been. Would not recommend this card to anyone. The English is hard to understand and the representatives are very rude. |

| "Unauthorized Charges" |
| There have been unauthorized charges on my card including ATM withdrawls and i dont know how this keeps happening when im the only one with my card at all times. This time $603 has been withdrawn and nobody knows how this could have happened. I have talked to several representatives and they can't do anything about it but tell me to dispute it which they say takes up to 60 days. This couldn't be a worse time to happen for me. Rent is due as well as bills, I have my babyshower to plan right now and can't do a thing now. |

| "Best solution I've found" |
I see complaints about the $1.00 fee per transaction. This fee is capped at $10.00 a month. They still take $1.00 each time you use it, but you will get a refund of anything over $10.00 around the 15th of each month.
This card has been much more affordable to me than bank overdraft fees, or other prepaid debit cards I have tried. Been using this one for three years now. I once misplaced the new card they had sent me after the old one expired, but one e-mail and they sent me a new one free of charge.
I like the budget break down when you log on to your account. I also like to use the bill pay feature to pay monthly utilities and even rent. |
