"Lost points"
I'm getting the runaround between the Visa card company and the S& H Greenpoints company. They are NOT the same company. When I see that I have earn greenpoints on my Visa statement, they are not necessarily transferred to the greenpoints account. I don't know who is truly responsible for adding the points to my greenpoints account- each side tells a different story. The Visa side says that they give the information to the S&H side, but S&H are overwhelmed with the number of Visa accounts and haven't added in the points. On the other hand, S&H says that they never received the information about the points earned, so they can't key in the information. I'm pretty fed up and it's time to cut the card. If you get this card and you want those points to add up, watch your S&H account carefully.

Most attractive feature: They say you get the benefits of greenpoints.
Least attractive feature: Greenpoints are not transferred the S& H Greenpoints company

"This attempt to collect fees on cards not used and expired seems to be a scam. "
At first i was annoyed when I got a bill from them for a fee which they added (they said I received a letter informing of this fee many months before but I certainly don't remember it). The only card I found had expires 4/04 and I certainly had not renewed it since I now have a couple of no fee- no interest for a year cards which are better than their rewards. I really became angry when they started making automated phone calls about my account being over due - how can it be overdue if it expired?

Most attractive feature: rewards
Least attractive feature: Added a Fee and tried to collect when card had expires and not been used for over 2 years

"Card for everyone"
S&H Green Stamps have evolved into Green Points - so I use my credit card like a check card and pay the balance off every month. I use it for groceries and get the points like I used to get stamps years ago - the rewards are just as high quality as those in the old catalogs.
The look on the clerks' faces when they see the old green "S&H" is just a fun bonus.
This one's better than the one they issued through a key Bank.

Most attractive feature: Greenpoints like the old Greenstamps
Least attractive feature: none
