pay by phone feature

at least three I attempted to pay by phone and the transaction was not posted/I was charegd the late fee the first time/ the second time the phone call fee and the late fees were waived. this is not good business practice!

I found the 0% intro rate attractive, but neglect ed to understand the balance transfer fees. I called to cancell the transfer prior to the transaction. I was told by a customer care supervisor in Springfield, that once I signed the application I did not have the right to stop the transfer and hence the fees. I found this unacceptable, surprising, and infuriating.

Customer service offers open dialog to changing personal features for preferred customers. Online access suitable.
