"It's a rip off"
I took this card because I was lead to believe I got a low interest rate of 0.99% for 9 months and could clear debt.

It then transpired that there was a 2% of balance charge each month. I pointed out that this was infact 24% of interest per year- to which they told me it wasn't interest but a charge.

What a con!?

Basically once the 9 months is up you are paying around 36% of interest. I never expected my own high street bank to con me in this way.
 
Most attractive feature: None
Least attractive feature: 2% per month hidden charge that eradicates any low interest

"card theft"
I had my bank of Nova Scotia visa card stolen 5 years ago and thieves rang up about $900 in the one hour before it was discovered stolen. A simple form was all I had to fill out and I got a new card the next day, they had made the best out of a bad situation and handles all of the problems for me, courteouisly and professionally. I will stay with them for this reason among others

Least attractive feature: high interest rate

In addition to customer service provided at a toll-free number, can also ask for assistance from local branch of this bank.
 
Most attractive feature: Low interest, prompt payment is rewarded by increase of limit
Least attractive feature: None
