"Pretty good card"
First of all, I&#'m a person who generally pays off all my credit card balance every month... so I am unaware of the APR, etc... Overall, I really like this card. No Annual Fee. After every $2000 in purchases you earn a free TD Waterhouse trade. The trade can cost anywhere under $45. That means you&#'re potentially getting a >2% rebate on this card (if your trade costs $45). They send you a form, you fill it out, send it back, and your TD Waterhouse account gets credited. I also believe you get a 5% rebate on any participating on-line stores (e.g. Amazon). Finally, you can pay this card on-line every month for Free. It beats having to mail it in.
 
Most attractive feature: Earn Free Traders and pay-online for Free
Least attractive feature: Only good if a TD Waterhouse user

"New 2% Charge on Foreign Currrency Conversions"

Bank told me that they had marked all the sections of the agreement where there were changes. Well, there were significant changes in other sections including a new 2% fee on foreign currency tranactions.
 
Most attractive feature: Was a good card with 1% cash rebate.
Least attractive feature: Closing my account. Adding 2% charge on foreign currency conversions
