"Dispute resolution"
Five years ago I submitted a dispute to GM Visa. There was a charge on my card for $790 from a restaurant that I did not make. I asked for a copy of the signed chit and they sent me a computer print out. Then they requested an affidavit which I subsequently mailed to them. The disputed item has remained on my card for 5 years. Now they have transferred it over to an active item on my account. Their explanation is they did not receive the affidavit and they can no longer obtain the records necessary to prove I did not make the purchase. They now agree to split the difference with me. what is the purpose of a signature on a purchase receipt? Visa should have approached the merchant 5 years ago for proof I made the purchase. It is easier to prove a purchase than to prove a non-purchase.Frustration yes. Resolution no. Do not use this card unless you really want a GM vehicle.

Most attractive feature: car points if you like GM

"Balance payments"
The only drawback to this card is that when I make a payment the funds are taken from my bank account on the date specified but are not applied to my VISA until the due date comes up. On numerous occasions I have had to forego purchases because my payment hasn't been processed onto my VISA. On one occasion I had to apply for a temporary credit limit increase in order to purchase a plane ticket even though I had put through a payment over a week earlier. The customer service is great, though and very efficient, so overall I am quite satisfied with the TD GM Visa!

"useful card"
I have used this card for a few years, and I have taken advantage of the car discount once. The program is easy to use and trouble-free. Too bad the reward rate is going from 5 to 3 percent.

Most attractive feature: discount on cars
Least attractive feature: annual interest rate

"Does the credit card treat you like a king or a servant?"
At first, you are treated like a king when you use the Visa, but you have to end up paying it at the end with interest. That will treat you like a servant.

Most attractive feature: You can save up for your next General Motors Automobile.
Least attractive feature: It is the interest rate that you have to worry about.

"The TD Visa GM Card"
What attracted me to this card was that I could save towards a new car, there was no monthly fee and the interest rate was low. Inerest rate has gone up but it is still competitive

Most attractive feature: You save money towards the purchase or lease of a car
Least attractive feature: If you don't redeem your savings within specified time, you lose some of them
