| "Great Card/Great Company" |
This is a great card for people like myself trying to rebuild their credit. The fees are kind of annoying, and the fact that you can't log in online to view your account is kind of a pain too, but their customer service is amazing. On two seperate occasions, I forgot my payment due date, and customer service called me to remind me, took my payment over the phone, and didn't charge my the processing fee. They also made sure my payments did not go in late.
The limit is a bit low as well, but it's a great card for rebuilding. I'll hold on to it for a few years until my FICO is higher, and then cancel the card. In the meantime though, I have no complaints about this company at all. |

| "What is wrong with these people?" |
So...if pay your credit card off every month...and pay early...for 10 months straight, the card company rewards you by cutting your credit limit?? Really!? Must be a mistake right...nope.
I will not be cancelling my card...but will not be using it anymore either. I will keep the balance at zero, and pay their lousy 8 bucks a month for the PRIVILEDGE of repairing my credit.

| "Helped me rebuild" |
| This is the first card I recieved after bankrupcy a few years ago. They gave me another chance and now I have a house (great rate, 30y fixed even), a house and much better credit. If you pay this card via debit card your funds are available in 24-48 hours (never an issue here). They have stiff fees and penalties if youre late but thats the point of a credit rebuiding card. They also dont give fast credit amount boosts which was fine for me and the min payments are high BUT that helps you pay towards your principal faster so things don''t get out of hand. |

| "happy w/ this card" |
| my husband and i have had this card for over 2 years now and it has been very good for us. We started at a low avail. limit, but over the years have worked our way up several hundreds of dollars. customer service was always delightful with and helped me with questions and such even though my husband is the card holder. each time we are eligible for a credit increase, they will include a note on the statement so we can call or write to request this and each time, the give us $100 increase, its been great and works for small purchases when we need it and has helped to get a higher credit score. the only drawback, of course are the fees, but its for builidng and repairing credit so they don't issue 2nd cards for spouses, so someplaces i can't use it since its my husband's card, they said i could get my own, but no reason to have 2 high fee cards. we intend on keeping this card in the future. |

| "Worst Card I have " |
| Besides being expensive, and many fees, but that is to be expected with this type of card. I have 3 cards that I use each month, charge gas and incidentals and such. Pay balance on all 3 each month. I transfer electronically from my bank to Total. Never a returned no late fees nothing. They have been extending the posting to my credit availible from three days to 5 to 10 and now 14 business days. Which means they have had their payment for three weeks and not posted it to my account. In their eyes we are all deadbeats, bouncing checks and not making payments. Enough, I have cancelled my account, I dont need the aggravation, if I treated my customers like that they would fire me too. |

| "Helping you to build credit" |
| I have had this card since May of 2007 and this card has been great. I read ll the fine print, so I knew to expect the high fees and charges. But well, a small price to pay to improve my credit, right? I've always made my payments online, and when calling customer service reps, I've gotten nothing but the best service. I decided today to go for that credit increase, unfortunately it was only $25, but well beggers can't be choosers. Also If youre going to be a day or two late with your payment, call customer service and let them know that its in the mail. They moved back my due date so that a payment I mailed wouldnt be late. Finally they do report monthly to all three credit bureus (sorry bout the spelling.lol. I've seen it on my credit reports and it has raised my score. |

| "good for people who want to start positive credit history" |
| im am 18 years old, and no one would accept me for credit every time i applied it said declined due to limited credit history, so i applied and they accepted me, i have only had this card since jan my crdit score went from 0-693 in three months and i just recived a macy's card, i recommed this card to anyone it helped me establish credit when no one else would help me do so, so just give it a try you will be happy |

| "its easy" |
| its easy and convenient to apply online . card arrives promptly and all you have to do is send in your payments on time , and you get a functional credit card to rebuild your credit with. |
