Problems with account fees more than once. I am going to pay off the balance and cancel. It is not worth the reward coupons.

They give you three months no interest, then didn''''t mail the third month statement, and when they mailed the fourth month there was a finance charge. I called them the day I got it to have them reverese and they refused. I sent an email, and they refused. It was only $7, and they wouldn''''t do it. So I closed the account, and they didn''''t care. THEY SUCK! You can''''t trust them, in my opinion!!!

I'm the grandmother of seven, ages 22-twins, 20, 16 & 15, 9 and the youngest 3. So having the cards and the rewards have been wonderful. If I'm not buying toys with my reward cards, I'm using them as gifts. It's not only for toys, but movies & games! So glad I have mine, why not get yours? A couple months ago the rebate coupons became gift cards, issued in $10 increments. You can also now use them online. This is great because you can give the gift cards as gifts, as opposed to the original coupons that were issued. The only sad thing...my kids (& friends) are getting older and are outgrowing almost everything (except electronics) at Toys R Us.

I love my Chase Toys R Us Visa card. I often shop at Toys R us and when I do, I get more Toys R Us money than when I use it elsewhere. With 3 children, I am always there buying something. especially now that Babies R Us is in the same store. I always get at least $1 in Toys R Us money for every dollar I spend. I also take the money and buy a gift card with it so that I can basically give someone a "free" gift at no cost to me. I would raher have this than miles, since I rarely fly, but ALWAYS need items at the store!

This is a great card to have if you have children who are still into games and toys. The rewards arrive each month and you can either spend them immediately or save several until you have enough $$ for your purchase.These come in handy for gifts needed for any occassion or just to be able to purchase a toy when you and your children are out shopping. Great card to own!

I have been a user of the ToyRUs card for many years. I always paid my balance off every month so I was in it for the rebates. Since 1996 I have accumulted over $1300 in rebates and have a few rebates still outstanding. While my children were growing up I took adbvantage of the rebates at ToysRUS and KidRUs. The problem is now that my children have grown out of toys and kids clothes I have no motivation to use the card anymore. As a result I have switched to other 1% rebate cards like Eddie Bauer. While it lasted it was great to use the card and see those rebate certificates come in. Too bad they don't have another 1% rebate option besides kid's clothes or toys!

The Toys R Us Visa was my first major credit card. I carried it for about 2 years right after my son was born. The best part of the card was earning gift certificates for Toys R Us that I used towards birthday and Christmas gifts. About a year into my card membership Chase bought the former card company. For the most part the changes after Chase took over were for the better, instead of credit accruing on your card and having to charge the gift to use my credits Chase sent gift certificates when the credit balance reached $10. The only drawback to such a large company owning the card was that their customer service was not as responsive as it had been as a small company. I am not a card holder now because after my daughter was born I decided it was time to pay off debts and try to live on a cash basis, so after I paid the card off I cancelled the account.

I have had my Toys R Us Visa card since 1996 and absolutely LOVE it!! You earn rebates for everything you charge on it and the points add up so fast! Then you are automatically sent a gift certificate when you reach the appropriate point level. They send out checks often so you can transfer balances from higher interest cards for a lower interest rate for a period of time. I've never had problems with them and this is the only card I've used since receiving it 5 1/2 years ago!

I manage my Toys R Us Visa Card via the Chase Online web portal. I had made an online Bill Payment from Chase's own link provided to make payments. I had initiated the transaction much like you would give a check at a bank. Chase does not honor the date of the transaction but really the date of posting on your account which is a cool 2 business days later. This will neatly hit you with a significant finance charge even though technically you did make a payment before the due date. They quote a fine print in defence and add that the Chase Online Bill Pay is not really them and they are not going to honor the Date of Transaction but only the date it posted on the account. I fail to see how different is it when I give the check at a bank and register a payment on the same date. This is the 'internet' age right? Am I in the correct time? I would advise readers that these negatives may outweigh the benefits you may really see.

We love this credit card and use the rebates for birthdays, baby gifts, diapers and christmas. We have had the card a long time and preferred when they just put a credit on your credit card, but a rebate certificate is better than no reward.

Rebate 1% everywhere and 4% at Toys R Us Good if you shop at Toys R Us. Would be better if instead of a $10.00 coupon good only at Toys R Us they would give cash. Customer service is actually above average considering.

This card has been the easiest to resolve problems with. Online purchases that needed to be returned, auction purchases involving fraud, a stolen card - these are all problems I have encountered that have been resolved sooo easily with this card. Wonderful customer service!!!!!

Once my credit card got stolen, I did not even notice myself. Chase called me immediately when they noticed something suspicious. They immediately credited me back for all fradulent charges and before all paper work. Excellent service.

The Toys R Us Chase Visa card is a handy card to have. It is accepted at all establishments and there are many benefits. There is no annual fee, a generous monthly grace period,and a decent interest rate. However, best of all, is the fact that you earn points from every purchase towards Toys R Us Geoffrey Money. This money can be used at Toys R Us, Kids R Us and Babies R Us to purchase all your children's needs.

Myself and the wife love he Chase Toys r Us credit card, because it has no yearly fee, and we use the Geoffrey dollers for Christmas and birthday presents

I really like getting the gift certificates. It is like having a christmas fund.

I have several credit cards, that I try to use for different purposes.However, all of my major purchases , as well as any item that I know there will not be any problems with, go on this card.Large purchases are made right after the billing cycle closes, so I will have an extra 3 weeks before I am billed. I pay my account in full, each month, to keep from paying finance charges, and make sue my payment arrives on time to avoid late fees. So, not only does my money stay in the bank ,until the last moment, the company sends me $10 Toys R US gift certificates when I accumulate enough points.And ,my charges at their stores get me even more moints.And,if you make it a habit of paying on time,on that rare occasion that your payment gets delayed, the customer service pers are happy to extend you the courtesy of removing those fees .

The rewards use to come back automatically when future purchases were made. Now they send you gift certificates when you have made each $10 increments. I use my card alot, and have received many certificates, but would like the old way back--it was much easier.
