"Substantial penalty for being a day late"
We got back from our holiday vacation, picked up the mail from the neighbor, got the Visa bill. Paid it the next day electronically (1 day late). I now have a $35 late fee and an $80.90 interest fee. I called to explain what happened, but it doesn't matter. The bank is not at fault pay the money. $115.90 for being a day late.
 
Most attractive feature: Accumulates miles that can be added to frequent flyer miles.
Least attractive feature: Rude customer service staff.
