"Hard to get flights"
We've used this card for years to fly to Hawaii for the winters, but for the last three years we haven't been able to get flights when we wanted them. We've even called 330 days in advance (when the seats become available) and been unable to book when we wanted. I don't know if they've cut down on the seats available for frequent flyer travel, or if there's just a huge demand for these tickets, but we've quit using the card and are using American Advantage M/C now without problems.

Most attractive feature: easy to rack up a lot of miles
Least attractive feature: can't get the flights we want

"False advertisement"
I feel like I have been mislead by this company. I was reluctant to apply for this card because of the high annual fee of $90.00, but I convinced myself that the benefits would far out weigh the cost. I was wrong. I never received the companion ticket and when I called to inform the companies involved (US Airways and Bank of America), I was told to call this place and that place. After a while, I just got feed up and I decided to call the Better Business Bureau for help. My case is pending.

Most attractive feature: I thought that the best feature was the $99.00 companion ticket .
Least attractive feature: I never received the companion ticket and got the run around trying to receive it.

"The card is OK"
When I called Bank of America to see if the fee was waivable they said no and had a little attitude about it. Another problem was that I hada credit limit of 3500 and when they increased it to 5500 i called to have it decreased back to what I had it and the Customer service rep didn't know what I was talking about and had an attitude and didnt believe me that I had started at a 3500 and there shouldnt be a problem decreasingit back. Until I decided to speak to a supervisor that was when she decided to look into it. Lazy Customer service reps! The good thing is that you rack up miles and if your ever on standby your most likely going to be the 1st one called even if you were like the 10th person on line for standby. I got rid of the card because of the $90 fee and switched to the Upromise card. I'd rather have a card that give sme money than to have to pay for a annual fee.

Most attractive feature: YOU GET MILES!!!

"Security Issues"
Hello, I am a Bank of America Associate in card services and I would like to make a comment about the security issue concern from our customer. Basically, what we tell our customers when a card is locked out or blocked while traveling it's because security is protecting our customers from fraudulent use. What I recommend for our customers to do in the future is to call in before they travel and place a "flag"(a note) on their accounts from security showing that they'll be out of town and not to place any holds on the account. It's quite a simple process and takes only a few minutes. I hope this message will be helpful to our customers in the future. Thank you!

"Security Issues...."
The security department at this bank leaves a lot to be desired. Following years of buying history, they continue to block my card for "unusual buying patterns". I pay the bill in full monthly, rack up lots of miles (15-25,000 per month), but the security issues are getting old. When I've questioned them on why they don't review my spending patterns before they stop (obviously without notice) my ability to charge, they claim it's a computer driven program, which they have no control over. When did BOA stop hiring people? I've never disputed my charges, and I am a good customer (accept I don't carry a balance), yet they continue to embarrass me with a card that needs to be "called into the center" in check out lines everywhere.

If they could only review the account first, this would never happen.

Otherwise, I rack up 200,000 miles a year and use the tickets to fly friends here for holidays, trips to Erope, etc. Far worth the $90. fee.

Most attractive feature: Great for Mileage building if you spend a lot and intend to fly
Least attractive feature: Poor Security Customer Service

"Ugh"
$90 per year annual fee. They appear to deliberately send bills out late to make your miss your due date. For example, my card closed out on the 5th according to the statement, but I received it on the 16th. Payment due the 30th. If you're late, they charge $35 for being late, plus the interest. And get this: last month I paid $4900 on a $5500 bill. The $4900 was delivered before the due date. They charged me $150 in interest payments on the entire $5500 rather than charging interest on the unpaid $600. That's right, they charge interest on money they're paid. I've been a cardholder for over a decade, but I'm cancelling this one now.

"excellent card"
had the card two years (since found out annual limit on regular card)--so far, assuming USAir doesn't go bankrupt, the card has more than paid for its high annual fee.

Most attractive feature: 10000 preferred miles once you hit $25000
Least attractive feature: worry USAir may go bankrupt

"Dividend Miles"
Other than the friendly customer service people, the best part of this card is the ability to rack up air miles without flying. As mucha s we would like to fly, having three kids makes coordinating vacations very hard, but to have enough miles to go to Europe for an unforgettalbe vacation, by using this credit card is a big bonus!

"Making payments"
A few months ago I made a $300 payment on my account. The minimum payment was $200.
On my next statement the payment shown was $200 and a late fee was assessed for not making
the minimum payment. I provided their Payment Research department a copy of the $300 check,
a copy of my bank statement showing the $300 deducted from my account. Bank of America refused
to credit me the additional $100.
