| My daughter's card was stolen, It took me two times for Visa Buxx to recognize that I had filled out the paperwork. Then they still denied the fraudulant charges and kept her account in the negative due to the fact that I was not going to pay the 10 dollars to get a new account. Know where does it state in the in the initial contract that if you do not get a replacement card your charges will not be considered fraudulent... scam... do not get a visa buxx... |

| "Avoid US Bank Visa Buxx" |
Avoid U.S. Bank's Visa Buxx card. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, and their operations side is incompetent. Worse, the two never talk to each other. My daughter's U.S. Bank Visa Buxx card was fraudulently charged with five charges processed in Europe. We live in California and the card was used in California on the same day. US Bank still has not fully credited my account for the full amount although we have cooperated with their every request. Also, they have cut off my access to the online account statement and refuse to fax me a hard copy of the statement. I submitted written complaints to the the Bank president, the OCC, the California AG, and Visa USA. And they still can't get it right. As I said to the OCC, I am a lawyer with experience in dealing with these matters. An ordinary consumer with a 9 to 5 job and no legal training would be utterly at the Bank's mercy. Incidentally, I had similar fraudulent charges on my own City National Bank Mastercard two years ago and resolved them with no problem.

By copy of this letter, I am notifying the California Attorney General, the Federal Reserve Board, Visa USA, and any consumer or media group that is interested concerning your
shoddy practices.

| "Card not dependable" |
| Transaction success is undependable. Works as an ATM card, but often gets rejected for purchases. Since cash withdrawals are limited within a 7-day period, this can be a significant problem when traveling. |

| "Receiving the card " |
I absolutely regret ordering this card. I ordered the card as a Xmas present for our daughter prior to the holidays and paid the additional fee for RUSH Delivery. It's been 3 weeks and we have not yet received it, even though our credit card has been charged. I spoke to Risk Management and they will not credit us the Additional Rush Fee. I have been trying to reach them since and no one has return any of my messages. I have now turned this over to my credit card customer service to dispute the charges since we yet to receive it. At this point I don't know if they are just a scam...

| "NEVER RECIEVED CARD" |
| VisaBuxx is a GREAT program but USbank is a bad bank, I ordered the VisaBuxx for my grandchild and paid express delivery its been 3 weeks and still no card, I ordered the Bank Of America VisaBuxx and got it in 3 days. |

| "Visa Buxx Card" |
This card is perfect for the teenager. You can add their allowance every week or monthly to the card. On special occasions such as holidays or birthdays you can add cash to their card in lieu of a present. You can also give grandparents or close relatives the Visa Buxx info and they can add to the card.
This card also teaches teens about setting budgets and helps them learn how you can only buy what you can afford.
If you have a teen and would like them to have the freedom to shop at malls or online without having to carry mega cash on them, then U.S. Bank Visa Buxx Card is for you and your teen! |

| "A GREAT CARD TO GET" |
I have received hundreds of dollars at Staples after spending relatively low levels on this card. You can order your reward quickly and easily over the phone and your reward comes quickly by mail. At higher spending levels, you can also earn free vacations! This card is accepted everywhere you try to use it.
The statements are very clear and consise and include all the latest reward infomation. You are credited one
dollar for every dollar spent which makes you accumulate rewards very quickly. They are very kind with late payments. They will erase late charges with a reasonable explanations. |
