| It was horrible. I have to fill out a long form and mail it back to them within 10 days in order for them to consider refunding me. I never agreed to this, never got anything in the mail, yet they charged me montly for almost a year. |

| "RIP OFF!!!!!" |
| I do not like the fact that I was charged for membership of $149.95 for a card that is really useless, and when you want your money back and cancel this card, they have the nerve to put you through the hoops and you are only to get back less than what they took, a non-refundable $35 FOR WHAT? |

| "GREAT TO HAVE A CARD" |
| THIS CARD IS JUST GREAT. I ONLY LOST MY LOG IN, BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT IS TERRIC. I LOVE THE COLOGNES AND THE CASIO'S AND THE BIKES. I LOVE THE PAYMENTS. JUST WISH THEIR WERE REMINDERS OF THE MONTHLY FEE TO OBTAIN ACCOUNT. THANKS A LOT. |

| "Potential Credit Card Holder Beware!" |
| USA Platinum Credit doesn't have a problem with taking your money, but they do have a problem with their invoicing and record keeping! As compared to standard credit card companies. USA provides no invoices with itemized billing with purchases or payments which are deducted from your bank account to show accurate credits and balances on the card. You can only order from products listed on their shopping website and the Payment Voucher has exclusive uses. Please beware of what you are getting into. They appear to be sincere and helpful in the ease of rebuilding your credit, but it very counterproductive in that respect. |

| "Read ALL of a Document Expect Nothing For Free" |
| One learns through life never be in a hurry and think fine print means nothing..all writing in a document is there for a reason..if you read the fine print this company does exactly what it says..nothing fraudulent.. it seems they r making alot of money on those who aren't reading all the agreement, according to other reviews I read! But that is through the fault of the consumer not the company and or product! The USA has enough laws imposed on us because they think we are too stupid to protect ourselves...you who r critizing this company are the very people who help take away our freedoms of choice! Read and educate yourself... Nothing comes for free and anyone who is willing to take a credit line assuming that their are no strings attached...dream on... |

| I had a bad feeling about this card any way. I cant believe they took my money with out any notice or anything. I am shocked about this it is an out rage. I Havent even gotten my phone call back from them to cancel my fake card i have to wonder how many people fall for this and how rich theyre getting off their cancellation fees? |

| "I'm warning you! Don't do it!" |
I applied for the card thinking it would be a great way of building credit, but in turn they charged me these unbelievable fees for everything. I was charged the $149.95 start up fee, then an additional $20 a month for a few monthes untill I even realized it.
I finally called USA Credit at this # (800) 262-4192. I spoke with Cindy at ext. 2061. She questioned why I didn't want the account anymore. I told I didn't want anything else taken out of my account which I've been using to pay off my debts! She was nice but was very good at her job, offering offer after offer, free vacation, free $75 rebate voucher, anything for me to stay a usa customer. I finally closed my account, and I am being refunded $114.00 of the $149.95, (I had to pay $35.95 to close the actual account) all I have to do is mail in the welcome package with a return authorzation # they gave me once the conversation was over. So basically, I'm telling you not to fall for it. It's a hard lesson to learn but it was nice to learn it young.

| Unlike most of you I read the fine print. They have done everything as promised. I have the ability to shop online at their store and they have reported my line. Thank you USA Platinum for the credit report boost!!!!!!! |

| I don't know who these people are, but today I found out that they took money out of my account without my knowledge or permission. I do not have a card with them, nor would I ever be interested in having a card with them. If you type in their phone number 800-685-9354 USA Credit in a search you will find nothing but people who have been ripped off by them. I contacted my bank and had a stop put on their activites on my account and I am going to see about pressing charges. Unbelievable! |
