The card has all of the same features as any of the other MBNA Platinum cards listed, but it supports a good cause, Fencing (the sport with the swords, you've probably made fun of it at some point in your life). I'm not sure if this card is offered outside of members of the United States Fencing Association, but I entered it here for completeness of the list. One other posted (on a different MBNA card) was regaling how great the web interface is, and I haev to admit its one of the things I like as well. I've seen purchases appear up there half an hour after making them, so its nice to see something that up to date.
