"Good convenience check promotions"
This is a great card to have for periodic cash advances or balance transfers using promotional convenience checks. The fee is normally 3% or $50 maximum for each check, but the interest rate is below market or even 0% for at least 4 months.
 
Most attractive feature: Periodic promotions allowing for very low or zero interest, $50 fee, convenience checks
Least attractive feature: Higher than market interest rate for those with very good credit
