"Never do business with this company again"
MBNA is the worst credit card company I have had the displeasure to do business with. The customer service representatives perform nothing even close to customer service and are routinely abrupt and just short of rude. The biggest drawback to this company is the continual bombardment of telemarketer calls. Several times each week I would receive calls from MBNA telemarketers attempting to sell me something that I have no interest in and, when told that I wasn't interested, would continue to pressure me on what they were selling. The only way I could get them off the phone was to hang up. I will never do business with this credit card company again... there are too many other companies out there who can perform much better.

Most attractive feature: Supports the alumni association from my university
Least attractive feature: Complete lack of customer service and constant telemarketer calls

"Best Card Ever!"
This card is soooo great! I had problems with other card companies, like Providian. Every time I dealt with Providian there was some sort of problem. I had to call 4 times before they figured out how to change my contact info. MBNA increases credit line without a fee unlike many other companies and there is easy internet access, and good customer service. I have never had a problem with them, unlike my experiences with other cards.

Most attractive feature: The increased credit limit without a fee.
Least attractive feature: Nothing wrong with the card, much better than Providian.
