"Completely Unreasonable Customer Service"
When there Online Payment System was taken offline for 3 days of upgrades they offered no other means to make a payment via US Mail. With a due date approaching, I knew that the mail probably would not get my payment there in time. They preferred that I cancel my account rather than offer me an extra day for my payement to arrive with being assessed a late penalty. It was going to be late because THEIR system was down and I am supposed to pay $14 for express mail or pay their late penalty? I don't think so!
 
Most attractive feature: The card had four corners
Least attractive feature: Payment System and Completely Useless (and annoyingly polite) customer service

"Comes with a Calling Card!"
This card has been a valuable resource. The calling card it came with gets credited every month I hold a balance or make purchases. I don't even have long distance on my home telephone-I don't need it.
 
Most attractive feature: it came with a calling card that gets credited when I make purchases. Free Long Distance!
Least attractive feature: the interest rate could be better, but so could my credit...

The limit is increased at regular intervals which is good.
High spending limit.
Accepted everywhere.

"Great Card"
This card is great. I have had it for about a year and the credit limit has already been raised 3 times. I started out with a $450 limit and now have a $1800 limit. I had to contact customer service one time, because of an internet payment question, and although they took about 45 minutes to pick up, they were very nice and patient. I would recommend this card to anyone.
 
Most attractive feature: Raise credit limit often
Least attractive feature: long wait to get through to customer service

"Works well"
This card being visa is well excepted. I know that it is used for a large business that loves the usage they have.
 
Most attractive feature: Free Calling, all students need to call longdistance.
