"Decent Card"
FNBM is now Credit One Bank-- my card seems to have decent benifits and serve its purpose. Unlike other Cards, this card allows one to re-build their credit without paying excessive cardmember fees. The minimum credit line is $200 and the max is $1,000.

Customer service reps have been accomidating.
 
Most attractive feature: Very few fees and respectable APR
Least attractive feature: Low Credit Line to Start

"It is what it is..........."
If you obtain this card to rebuild your credit history, make sure you always pay the full balance before your statement cut off so you can avoid the high APR featured with this card. If you utilize the card for what it is to be utilized for, and keep your goal in mind of rebuilding your credit, you'll be ok with this card...just stay focused. This is not a card you would want to be over you credit limit on or be late or not pay the full balance every month because you will pay for it. Like any other card, I can control my destiny and I try not to use this card much, just enough to keep the acount active and to keep my good accounts on my credit in good standing. I only obtained this card really because I needed some new credit card accounts and a variety of different credit accounts to prove my credit-worthiness and rebuild and stomp out the adverse accounts I have on my credit report but when I get re-established, this is the second card I would get rid of, right after Capital One.
 
Most attractive feature: It does allow you to re-establish your credit if you do what you are supposed to do.
Least attractive feature: Very High APR/Charge you a fee for credit limit increase
