"Failed to correct error"
First USA processed a check electronically incorrectly and raised my interest rate from 0% to 25.99%. I gave them permission to debit my acct for $83.00 before the payment was due, and they processed it incorrectly; it never made it to my bank. I was charged a late fee and a returned check fee, even after I submitted paperwork from my bank showing I had plenty of money in there and NO CHECKS WERE PRESENTED/RETURNED ETC.
 
Most attractive feature: 0% apr for 6 months
Least attractive feature: Processing errors
