| "Biggest mistake of my life." |
This card has been my nightmare for the past four years.
YES I understand that it is the card holder's responsibility to make sure you don't go over the limit.
But when their finance charge makes me go over the limit, then they charge me for the over draft fee (WHICH THE A-HOLE MANAGER NAMED KEVIN SAID THAT THEY DON'T CHARGE FOR THAT BECUASE IT'S AGAINST THE LAW!!! THEN WHY ARE YOU DOING IT?)and when I ask if they could just lower the payment, I'm told "I'm not in charge of your finances" and pretty much was told tough Sh*t?
Yeah. That's the customer service you get when you sign up for the card. |

| "ACH debit nightmare" |
| After being unemployed for 6 months, I contacted WF to setup a workout debit payment option for my Visa card. However, I called them to push back the date of the ACH debit. They didn't do this even though they stated they had. The funds were not in my bank account and they still attempted to withdraw the monies. They did this 2 more times until my check came in and then I told them to cancel the ACH debits, which they stated they did. AGAIN my bank account was charged 3 more times until they got their payment. Overall, they caused a total of $795.50 in overdraft fees and the payment that I requested cancelled. I was told to fax in my statement, which I did, then they couldn't find my fax. No one contacted me back. When I saw the most recent withdraw on my account (along with the other 5 overdrafts because of it), I called and ranted. I was told "we can't do anything until you fax in a statement". I asked if they had received my prior fax. "I see that there is something here" was all I got. I also requested AGAIN that they cancel all ACH debits, including my Nowline account. They REFUSED. Beware this company...DO NOT do ACH debits with this company as they will be the ones managing your money. YOU will lose all control of your money, because they are only interested in getting paid. I can not feed my kids because WF has tied up almost $800 of my money and will not do the right thing. |

| "Get rid of this card!" |
Had thier credit card for years for basically overdraft protect for my checking and savings account, due to higher interest fees than my other cards I only used it once in a rare while. I had a balance of $ 35.50 on my bill and paid it off. The careless person who entered it added two extra zero's to my check and overdrawn my checking account, giving me a $3,500.00 credit to my charge card account.
when I called to get this corrected,they found my check and agreed it was posted wrong and it would take 3 to 5 days to investigate and correct.In the mean time my checks were bouncing and going on my overdraft and fees were being added daily. The first call to get this problem resolved, I was partically sucessful in getting this issue resolved. They only took of half of the overdraft charges off my card and corrected my checking account $3,500.00 dollars. The second call I was finally able to get the correct amount of money put back into my checking and finally get all charges removed from my charge card. What poor service for their error. Needless to say I closed my checking, savings and credit card account, due to their error and getting this resolved completely the first time. |

| "I think I'll wait for the next coach...." |
When I bought my home it was financed through WF Home Mortgage. So, in an attempt to consolidate my finances into one place, I moved checking and savings....and applied for their card. I received a generous line of credit with a 5.99 intro. After 6 months it went to 12%. At a year, 18%. And then, the monthly incremental stabs to 22.35%. All of this with zero late, zero over, a FICO at 700....100% perfect pay with ALL creditors.
When I would call to request a lower APR, I was told my account didn't qualify or there were no "offers" for my type of account. When I asked what I needed to do to get my account to qualify - the rep bypassed the question and went back to my account didn't qualify. WHen I asked what "type" was my account, I was told it was VISA. This went on for three or four months...and finally....I pulled checking, pulled savings, and xferred the card. Next step, refi the house elsewhere.
BTW, my checking and savings accounts were "no fee" accounts due to my employer. Still, every month I got popped service fees on the savings. I would then have to go to the bank and get it refunded.
Sorry, WF has its head stuck in a bucket. I moved the card to BoA...and the difference is night and day. It's quite obvious that WF's stagecoach has a broken wheel with a nag mare leading. |

| "Wells Fargo is a customers worst nightmare." |
| I will NEVER do business with Wells Fargo again. They are the worst rip-off bank I have ever dealt with. They manipulate their customers and bill phony charges constantly to make $. They are also extremely racist and judgemental. DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO!!!! |

| "What a joke Wells Fargo is." |
I am so happy you have this review availabe for people like myself, who just about to send in my applacation.
I was looking for a web site for Well Fargo,when I found the review site.
They make it look good, but I noticed what they did not write. When to expect approval.
They have sent me no less than 65 lbs. of paper in 10 to 12 years.
Others are paying for this to go on, and the earth is paying the paper to them in trees.

| Customer service representatives are cold and not very knowledgeable. Always need to ask a supervisor about your question/concern, but will not let you talk to a supervisor. |
