"Was a good card until Chase came along and ruined the experience"
Was a great card when it was FirstUSA, they had phenomenal service. Then it became BankOne and it was ok. Now that it is Chase it is horrible. Chase customer service is non-existent, they are way to big for customer service. The Chase card center interface is horrible, you can't find anything on it without wasting a lot of time. You used to be able to pay on the deadline day but now that it is Chase, if you pay online and on the same day they charge a convenience fee of $14 to take your payment - that defeats the whole point of an instant internet payment! I am looking around for another rewards program.
 
Most attractive feature: Rewards program - points based, get gift certificates
Least attractive feature: The new Chase bank interface. It is minimalistic and difficult to find anything.

"Great rewards program"
I have bought a stroller with this program and I have gotten $250 woth of certificates from Old Chicago every 6 months. I have used it to give gift certificates for presents. I charge everything and pay it off every month.
 
Most attractive feature: Rewards program
Least attractive feature: Interest rate-but not too bad
