Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver - At no additional charge, this service reimburses physical damage due to a rental car collision or theft. The IberiaBank Visa® cardholder, along with any other drivers noted on the car rental agreement, are covered under this benefit.
Some of the losses covered include damage and/or theft or rental vehicle and reasonable towing charges to the nearest qualified repair location. Roadside Dispatch - A pay-per-use service that provides you security and convenience for any roadside assistance. Got a flat tire? Your car isn't starting? Accidentally left your key inside your vehicle? Almost running empty on gas? No problem.
Roadside Dispatch can help you with anything from tire changing to jump starting to lockout service and even fuel delivery. Available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, no pre-enrollment is required. Just call a roadside service professional when you need them, and they'll be on their way!
Travel Emergency Services - Whether your card is lost or stolen or you suddenly need an emergency card replacement, an IberiaBank representative is ready to assist you with your card troubles. This service provides Lost and Stolen Card Reporting, Emergency Cash access at 270,000 locations worldwide and Emergency Card Replacement - usually within 24 hours.
