| I stupidly activated my Legacy Visa card and there are charges on there I never made. They say they are First National Bank but they won't give me a "physical" address, just a P.O. box. I am not paying on it anymore. They can keep it. I have checked all over the internet and I can't even find them. All that comes up are "Rip Off" sites. |

| "Does anyone know???" |
I got this in the mail and thought it would be good to help rebuild my credit. I called to activate but before I got to talk to a "live" person I hung up. I started reading all of the fine print. I did not give any bank info but did enter that electronic number from my approval letter. Does anyone know if I will need to call and cancel or since they do not have my bank info am I okay???

| I am so glad I did some research. Thank goodness for this website. Thank you to all that wrote in on this website!!!!! I am thankful that my father and mother told me that sometimes you come accross things that is "too good to be true". They were right and I am so glad that I did not call the 1-800-717-1278 number to Activate the card!!!! |

| I just ricived this card and went to the internet to reserch this card. Iam glad I did. Its a big SCAM. So I didnt activate the card. I dont know how they got my Information and I hope I dont get charged any fee. |

| "1st national card" |
| i just recieved this card in the mail yesturday and by lookin at it i thought it was a really good card. By reading the information they sent me it said it could only be used by purchasing ccs goods and also it said it was a easy way to get fast cash but know where on the card did it say it was a visa, atm card or any other card so i had no way of knowing if this was a real card or not. Before even thinking about activating it i looked on the interent about it and i am glad that i did because there are a lot of reports about this card being a scam. For anyone who recieves this card beware do not activate it. |

| I just got my card in the mail today, I was all set to call and avtivate the card, I have poor credit due to student loans, so I figured why not go for it............ After looking over the card I realized it didn't have any type of logo on it and it did not say where it can be used so I though to Google info about it and I'm so glad I did, Thanks to this site I'm so glad I though twice about it. |

| My husband got this card in the mail a couple of day ago and we looked it over and I decided to go on the web to find out some info and thank goodness,I did! We will be getting in touch with one of our local TV stations and get them to go on the air with this company and its' SCAM! |

| I was on the phone trying to activate the card Luckly I got a call, I was glad because I was looking at the card no logo (master card or Visa, ETC....)and the card on a second look seemed fake So of course I came to my computer before I was dumb enough to activate than god people spoke out |
