The CardOffers.com General Membership Agreement
is an agreement between you (the member) and CardOffers.com. Your use
of the services within the General Membership Area is conditioned on your
acceptance of this Agreement. Once registering online via our Membership
Registration Form, you accept and agree to be bound by all the terms and
conditions of the Agreement set forth.
a) Services - CardOffers.com will
provide services for which you registered through CardOffers.com's website,
all of which are subject to the terms and conditions of the "General
Membership Agreement", "Privacy Policies" and "Web
Site Terms of Use" described within this document. CardOffers.com
reserves the right to modify any service during any period of time in
its sole discretion.
b) Registration - In order to have
access to CardOffers.com's Membership Area, online visitors must first
complete the registration form, with submitted data (to be kept on file)
such as (but not limited to); personal name, e-mail address, mailing address,
usernames, and passwords. CardOffers.com reserves the right to terminate
or reject any registered request for any reason.
c) Member Information - Those who
complete the membership registration form are responsible for submitting
correct personal information during the time of registration. Members
who do not wish to participate in the "Cash Rewards"
program do not require to submit their address information in order to become
a registered member. Any future changes required by a member, must be
submitted by the member via his or her membership account. Any changes
made by a registered members is the sole responsibility of the member.
d) One Account per Member - Only one
membership account is allowed per person. Numerous accounts are not allowed
and may result in forfeiture of earned rewards. Registered members must
be at least 18 years old. All members must be a US resident.
e) Cash Rewards Program - CardOffers.com may occasionally post special promotional offers via
affiliate programs. The program is optional for all members. Members who
choose to participate in the program are responsible to keep all "Member
Information" up-to-date, for future payment, tracking, and contact
information. This service is available to US residents only. Please note that not all of the cards offered through CardOffers.com are eligible for the cash rewards program. To apply only for cards within the cash rewards program, stay within the Membership section of the site, or look for the green apply button.
f) Payments to Members - Members who
choose to participate in the "Cash Rewards" program
are eligible to receive payments, which are solely dependent on the member's
participation of the program. Members who select a "Special Offer"
posted by CardOffers.com via the Membership Area only, complete the application
and/or service provided by the advertiser, and are approved and/or complete
the transaction that is requested by the advertiser and/or CardOffers.com,
will then be credited 'x' amount of cash bonus awards via the members
established account with CardOffers.com. There is a maximum of two credit cards that can be approved for the cash reward by each individual who is a CardOffers.com member for every year of membership. Though members can apply for more than two credit cards, the member will only be compensated for a maximum of two credit cards. Payments are not made to individuals who have generated duplicate credit card approvals or duplicate membership accounts. Family, friends or other users who have been referred must create their own unique free membership account to earn cash rewards from CardOffers.com. Payments are made
by check, which are made payable to the 'First and Last Name' on file,
and will only be sent to members who have a mailing address on file. It is the responsibility of the member to provide accurate mailing information.
g) Frequency of Payments - Payments
are made on a monthly basis and are dependent on the transaction reports
provided by CardOffers.com's advertisers. Once CardOffers.com receives
a transaction report, only those members whose Membership Identification
Number (a unique identifier assigned to each member during registration)
is listed under "Approved Sale" or "Approved Lead"
will then be compensated the cash bonus for the specific product or service
listed in the "Cash Rewards" section in which the
member has actively participated in. At the end of each month, all cash
bonuses for each registered member will be compiled and will determine
the payout rate for each member. Checks will be sent to qualifying members
6 - 8 weeks after they have posted by CardOffers.com, but will post in the membership account as soon as the member is approved. Note: cash bonuses will not
be credited to a member account until the transaction report is received
from the advertiser. The time in which the transaction report is delivered
varies among advertisers, and may range anywhere from 24 hours up to 3 - 4 weeks, depending on the credit card applied for. We generally recommend members to allow up to 5 - 10 weeks prior to contacting CardOffers.com support department on any transaction not displayed. CardOffers.com will do the best to pay members on a timely basis within the 6 – 8 week window since approval, if at times there are delays from advertisers, members understand that payments may be slightly delayed to members who are approved for a credit card.
h) Tracking Member Activity - CardOffers.com
uses various tracking technologies in conjunction with third party advertising
affiliates. In most cases, the tracking used will require a cookie to
be placed onto the member's computer. This is required in order to fully
track the member activity and to assure that the member is credited for
any completed application for a specified product or service. Members
must have their browser enable cookies in order to part take in the program. Members must click on the green apply button to have the approval track back to the member's CardOffers.com account. The green apply buttons are located throughout the CardOffers.com site and only apply to those credit cards in where cash rewards are offered by CardOffers.com.
i) Downtime / Site Inactivity - During
times of maintenance or other unforeseen occurrences, CardOffers.com and/or
advertisers who participate in the "Cash Rewards"
program may be temporarily unavailable. Down times may vary and may be
the result of various circumstances, many of which may not be the sole
responsibility of CardOffers.com. Nevertheless, during such circumstances,
CardOffers.com will actively work on resolving the problem, but cannot
be held responsible for any for any inconveniences or loss of earned cash
bonuses of members.
j) Nonpayment from Advertiser - In
the rare event an advertiser does not compensate CardOffers.com for a
"Special Offer" that has already been promoted to members, CardOffers.com
at it's sole discretion, may choose to reverse any earned rewards that
have been processed to members.
k) Fraudulent Activity - CardOffers.com
uses various technologies to track and determine whether members overextend,
or otherwise abuse the membership area and/or reward program. In the event
CardOffers.com determines fraudulent activity, the membership account
will be closed and any earned rewards forfeited.
l) Alterations to Links - No alterations
can be made to links provided to members within the Membership Area. Any
alterations made to any link may result in loss rewards, incomplete tracking,
and/or the cancellation of the member account.
M) Payment Disclosures - CardOffers.com reserves the right to increase or decrease cash reward payouts at anytime without notification to members. Payouts displayed online are for reference purposes to members and may or may not be the final payout given to the member once the credit card is approved. Changes to payouts displayed may be the result of advertiser changes in payout policies and/or technical issues that result in incorrect information being displayed online.
N) Termination of Program - CardOffers.com
reserves the right to add, remove, and/or update any service provided
within the Membership Area. CardOffers.com may contact members about any
additional services and/or adjustments to the program. But CardOffers.com
has no obligation, under any circumstance, to contact members about changes
made within the Membership Area. In the event the "Cash Rewards" program is terminated, any current members whose balances
are greater than $10 will be paid accordingly within a 6-month period.
Any balances less than $10 will be closed with no further compensation
offered to members, and all non-used cash bonuses will expire.
O) Refer a Friend - Members who choose to participate in the "Refer-A-Friend" program are eligible to receive payments in the amount of $20 when their friends are approved for credit cards applied for through the CardOffers.com Membership Section. There is a limit of $20 that can be earned per referred friend; however, there is no limit to the amount of friends that can be referred by one person; or the amount of rewards that a member can receive for referring their friends. However, duplicate or fraudulent accounts will not qualify. Both the referring party and the new party must have active membership accounts with CardOffers.com to be eligible for the program. CardOffers.com reserves the right to modify the program at anytime.
Agreement of these conditions
are required in order to become a member of CardOffers.com.
